About the Role:
As an Advanced Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of AI/ML and Generative AI (Gen AI) projects within our organization. This position requires a unique blend of leadership and hands-on technical expertise. You will manage AI/ML and Gen AI projects, working closely with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, you will engage in hands-on work similar to that of a Gen AI data scientist, contributing directly to the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions.
What you’ll do
+ Lead and manage AI/ML and Gen AI projects from inception to completion.
+ Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
+ Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
+ Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
+ Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
+ Work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging AI/ML and Gen AI to drive business value.
+ Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments.
+ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members working on AI/ML and Gen AI projects.
+ Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and Gen AI technologies and methodologies.
+ Ensure best practices in AI/ML and Gen AI development are followed.
+ Engage in hands-on work similar to that of a Gen AI data scientist.
+ Develop, test, and deploy AI/ML and Gen AI models and algorithms.
+ Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
+ Utilize programming languages such as Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and others.
+ Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data pipelines are efficient and reliable.
+ Analyze data to extract actionable insights and support decision-making.
+ Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track the performance of AI/ML and Gen AI models.
+ Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
What you’ll need
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
+ Proven experience in managing AI/ML and Gen AI projects.
+ Hands-on experience as a data scientist or similar role, with expertise in AI/ML and Gen AI technologies.
+ Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.
+ Experience with AI/ML and Gen AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
+ Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques.
+ Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
+ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
+ Strong project management skills.
+ Consulting skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and provide expert advice.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience in a leadership or managerial role.
+ Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for AI/ML and Gen AI development.
+ Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
