AdTech Manager | MAF Retail | Head Office Kenya
ROLE SUMMARY
The AdTech Manager is eesponsible for maximizing revenue and cultivating strong, strategic relationships with key suppliers (endemic and non-endemic advertisers) and internal stakeholders to grow PEP's Retail Media Network. This role is the primary commercial interface, tasked with selling the value proposition of PEP's Retail Media ecosystem, ensuring the flawless execution of campaigns, and reporting on performance to deliver exceptional return on investment (ROI).
ROLE PROFILE
Growing and retaining Key Supplier relationshipsRetail Media commercial and sales growth - Meet and exceed sales targets for key suppliersDevelop and implement a solid relationship management process to retain and grow business within key accountsDevelop business proposals to onboard new partnersCo-create and execute a comprehensive sales strategyOversee Campaign execution and performance.Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycleBridge between PEP's internal teams and advertiser.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Media Sales, or AdTech salesDigital Marketing or Sales CertificationExperience negotiating and closing complex commercial agreementsPrevious experience working with FMCG supplier accounts
