Job Title: Project/Program Manager I

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Project/Program Manager I with experience in ad trafficking to support our traffic operations team. This role involves executing advertising in live events, particularly in the sports and entertainment sectors. The position is open to remote candidates with WideOrbit experience.

Responsibilities

Support the traffic operations team in executing advertising in live events.Manage ad trafficking, ensuring ads are set up and trafficked correctly.Utilize WideOrbit and pivot to an internal system in the future.Build ad commercial schedules for live events.Maintain the system and organization of ad trafficking processes.

Essential Skills

3-5 years of experience in ad trafficking.Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.WideOrbit experience is required.Knowledge of broadcast or streaming platform industries.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is nice to have.Passion for sports and an understanding of sports-related content.

Work Environment

The position offers both in-office and remote work options. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 4 PM - 12 AM MT. Ideally seeking local candidates as well as remote candidates out of MT or PT zones but open to all time zones as long as they can support schedule. The role involves both collaborative and independent work, with guidance provided by the team. The work environment is engaging, centered around a leading-edge platform for live sports and events, providing significant exposure to tech and product knowledge.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Denver, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $37.00/hr.
