STV is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Administrator to support our Construction Management team in NYC. This role provides essential administrative and document control support across all phases of construction projects, ensuring project documentation, reporting, and coordination activities are executed accurately and efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain, organize, and manage project documentation in accordance with company and project standards, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and accessibilityReview, process, and track construction documents including contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes, and correspondenceAssist with preparation, filing, and distribution of project documents (electronic and hard copy) while maintaining proper version controlCoordinate with project managers and project teams to ensure timely submission and receipt of required documentationSupport scheduling of meetings, preparation of agendas, and documentation of meeting minutesAssist with reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for project leadership and stakeholdersTrack project deadlines and help ensure required documents are submitted on timeProvide general administrative support including phone coverage, correspondence, and coordination with internal and external stakeholdersQualifications & RequirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or document control role within construction management or constructionOR a technical degree with 1 year of relevant construction administrative experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with construction document management systems preferredStrong organizational skills with high attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced project environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsProfessional demeanor when interacting with clients, contractors, and consultantsPreferred Skills (Nice to Have)Experience supporting CM or PM/CM teamsFamiliarity with construction terminology and workflowsExperience with document control or project management systems
Compensation Range:
