Job Title: AdministratorJob Description The primary purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the district, encompassing clerical, receptionist, purchasing duties, and project-based work. Responsibilities + Field incoming calls and transfer them to the appropriate associate, answering all routine and non-routine questions, or taking messages and directing them to the appropriate contact. + Type and design general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, and reports using Microsoft Office. + Schedule and organize activities such as meetings, travel arrangements, food orders, and department activities for members at the Savage location. + Greet visitors at the front desk, ensuring they sign in and out of the visitor logbook, and contact the associates they are visiting. + Purchase supplies for the production shop and warehouse when required. + Stock breakroom and conference room supplies daily. + Manage office supply inventory and order supplies as needed. + Sort and distribute mail for various departments daily. + Confirm if any voicemails were received and direct them to the appropriate person via email or follow up verbally. + Set up and run reports within the Trend system as requested. + Work independently and within a team on special, nonrecurring, and ongoing projects. + Collaborate with the production scheduler to build work order packets with assembly drawings and labels daily. Essential Skills + High school diploma/GED required. + 1-3 years of administrative support experience with the ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously. + Proficient in self-direction, tact, diplomacy, and maintaining a clear, courteous, and professional manner. + High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. + Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Suite, including Excel for tracking expenses and spreadsheets, and for word processing, reports, databases, and presentations. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in front desk and data entry roles. Work Environment The work environment is 100% onsite with core hours from 7 AM to 4 PM, offering flexibility in start and end times. The company is family-focused, providing flexibility on work hours and an hour-long lunch break. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Savage, Minnesota. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
