Our client, a leading beverage distributor, is seeking an Administrator to join their team. As an Administrator, you will be part of the operations team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Administrator
**Location:** Hollywood, FL
**Pay Range:**
**Shift:** Tuesday - Saturday 10AM-Close - around 7pm
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform pre-settlement and cashiering duties in a Distribution Center.
+ Review and verify end of day driver paperwork.
+ Run daily route status report to ensure all delivery routes are settled.
+ Conduct cashiering duties, ensuring Fed-Ready status of deposits.
+ Maintain driver compliance, cash reconciliation, and driver deposit logs.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
+ Experience in a cash room environment preferred.
+ Ability to sit for extended periods, with occasional bending, walking, and kneeling.
+ Occasional lifting of up to 50lbs.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
