Our client, a leading beverage distributor, is seeking an Administrator to join their team. As an Administrator, you will be part of the Distribution Center supporting the operational team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Administrator
**Location:** Hollywood, FL
**Pay Range: $16-$19**
**Shift:** Tuesday - Saturday 10:00AM-7:00PM
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform pre-settlement and cashiering duties in a Distribution Center.
+ Review and verify end-of-day driver paperwork to ensure accuracy.
+ Run daily route status reports to verify that all delivery routes are settled.
+ Maintain compliance and resolve issues related to driver deposits and cash reconciliation.
+ Collaborate with warehouse inventory personnel to resolve discrepancies in SAP.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
+ Experience in a cash room environment preferred.
+ Ability to perform physical tasks including sitting, bending, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 50lbs.
+ Strong analytical skills to review settlement exception reports and resolve issues.
+ Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members.
