What is the opportunity?
The Shareholder Services department is responsible for maintaining the records for investors of various Investment Companies that offer investments such as Mutual, Segregated and Pooled Funds. Along with maintaining records, reporting is provided to unitholders, all in accordance with government policies, tax laws and national policies
What will you do?
Segregated and Mutual Funds Financial Transaction Processing
Segregated and Mutual Funds Non-Financial Transaction Processing
Ensure First Time Right Processing / Quality Control of processed transactions
Trade Settlements
Review of Processed Transactions Exception Reports
Resolution of Not-In-Good-Order Segregated and Mutual Fund transactions.
What do you need to succeed?
Must haves:
Fluent in French and English (both written and verbal)
Experience within Shareholder Services or similar multi-client mutual fund administration environment and dedication to accuracy/quality
Good working knowledge / experience in the financial services industry, specifically in Segregated Funds and Mutual fund administration
Sound knowledge of Segregated Funds and Mutual Funds taxation and compliance /regulation – including Registered Products
Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, high stress environment, client focused and a team player.
Strong verbal and written communication
Nice-to-have:
Proven track record in leading initiatives, managing cross-functional relationships
Completion of IFIC Mutual Funds Operations Course
Unitrax Recordkeeping System knowledge FundSERV knowledge
Ability to multitask own work with support of team

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.
Pay Range
The expected pay range for this position is:
$46,000.00 - $70,000.00The pay range provided is for the primary work location referenced in the Additional Job Details section of this job posting. Pay ranges may differ based on location. If the posting lists multiple job locations, a recruiter can confirm availability of the role and the relevant pay rage for the additional locations listed.
