Our client, a dynamic organization in the administrative sector, is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join their team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting essential office functions. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent multitasking abilities, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Administrative Support Specialist
**Location:** Richmond, VA
**Pay Range:** $22 per hour
**Shift:** Days
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
+ Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
+ File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
+ Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.
+ Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or GED required.
+ 2-4 years of experience in an administrative support role.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently and manage one’s time effectively.
+ Proficiency in computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
+ Experience with Underwriting and Closing documents review
