We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support and Subscription Management Specialist to manage customer communications and ensure the integrity of user profiles and subscriptions. This role involves collaborating with multiple departments and maintaining data accuracy across systems.
ResponsibilitiesManage initial and follow-up customer communications via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams.Resolve Zendesk tickets related to Oracle and DX subscription inquiries and issues.Maintain Oracle user profiles, including creation, updates, and assignment of responsibilities.Administer DX subscriptions and manage escalations as required.Partner with Regional Service Managers, ASOs, Regional Sales Managers, and IT to resolve Oracle ERP issues and complete special initiatives.Collaborate with Finance, DBS, and IT to ensure accurate account setup and issue resolution.Maintain Oracle account data accuracy.Monitor workflows, merge duplicate sites, and ensure consistency across systems.Support contract and product licensing reviews.Address issues related to Oracle ERP, UMA, and related agreements.Understand, track, and meet established daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and SLAs.Essential SkillsStrong administrative, clerical, and organizational capabilities.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Experience working with large corporate customers.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to execute follow-up.Ability to manage shifting and competing priorities effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized, adaptable, and able to work professionally under pressure.Strong time management skills and attention to detail.Conflict resolution skills and experience working effectively in a virtual environment.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.Demonstrated ability to identify and recommend process improvement opportunities.Experience with Oracle and Salesforce.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience working with Oracle systems.Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent professional experience.Work EnvironmentThis is a hybrid position with work performed in an office environment from Monday to Wednesday, and remote work from home on Thursday and Friday. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
