Our client, a leader in Telecom sector, is seeking an Administrative Support professional to join their team. As an Administrative Support specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong collaboration abilities, and a keen attention to detail, which will align successfully within the organization. **Job Title:** Administrative Support **Location:** Irving, TX (Hybrid) **Pay Range: $30-$35/hr** **What's the Job?** + Perform data analysis and monitoring of DOT and non-DOT driver license data. + Verify driver status in the EHS Portal. + Generate and monitor communications to operating groups to address compliance issues. + Collaborate effectively across various levels of the organization. + Stay highly organized and prioritize work in the face of competing demands. **What's Needed?** + 5-7 years of relevant experience in administrative support or a related field. + Strong systems and data management skills, particularly with MS Suite. + Ability to quickly gain proficiency with EHS systems (EHS Portal, One Touch, Corporate Systems). + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. + Data analysis and MIS requirements documentation skills are a plus.
