Administrative Specialist Service Orders (Government)
**Job Description:** This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. AT&T has an opening for an Administrative Specialist to support the Federal Government in providing O&M / PM support of contracted operations. **Job responsibilities include but may not be limited to :** + Fluent in Microsoft Access, Excel and Exchange email. + Update and maintain all inventory and billing loaded into Microsoft Access Databases. + Work with customer databases for ordering and billing of telecommunications services. + Knowledgeable of telecommunications services such as circuits, telephone numbers, etc… + Processing Requests For Service (RFS) with appropriate vendors, internal and external, to provide new service and maintain detailed records. + Must be self-sufficient; have excellent verbal, written and organization skills. + Prior procurement, inventory, telecommunications network skills are a plus. + Overtime, shift work and weekend tours will be required. Occasional travel may be required, or other duties as assigned. + Employee must be willing and able to obtain a government issued Top Secret Security clearance. Holding a current TS is a plus. **Required Clearance:** Must be able to initially obtain Public Trust and follow-on TS (#clearable) (#topsecret) Our Administrative Specialist Service Order's earn between $40,000 to $79,000.
