We’re looking for an Administrative Specialist – People Operations to serve as the first point of contact for our Center and a critical support partner across departments. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands the importance of professionalism, safety, and communication.
The Administrative Specialist is responsible for the daily operation of the switchboard (PBX), serving as the Center Receptionist, and providing administrative and clerical support to People Operations and other departments. This role also plays a vital part in emergency communication and coordination throughout the Center.
Key Responsibilities
Operate switchboard and route calls accurately
Serve as first point of contact for the Center
Handle emergency calls; announce and text emergency codes
Coordinate communication via phone and walkie-talkies
Provide administrative support (data entry, scanning, filing)
Badge backup creation and package coordination
Support daily operations (front lobby upkeep, sanitation, restrooms, plants, coffee water)
Respond to department requests as assigned

Qualifications QualificationsMinimum 2 years administrative experience
High School Diploma or equivalentStrong computer and communication skills
Valid driver’s license
Two (2) years experience working in a clerical/secretarial position in front office healthcare setting preferred.
