The selected applicant will organize electronic data to comply with directory file structure and maintain an inter-office electronic filing system. This includes scanning documents into the Right of Way network for electronic filing. In this position, you will answer incoming calls and direct callers to the proper individual and/or department, maintain the front office section and answer the front entrance bell. The selected candidate will maintain the office file system to include projects and plans and purge files in accordance with the Records Disposition Schedule. Reports and Payroll: (all duties listed performed with minimal supervision) Compile data and complete all monthly reports. These reports include the Primary Claims Report, Mileage Logs, and Expenses. You will assist employees with payroll through SAP. Inter-Office Records: (all duties listed performed with no supervision) Create and maintain excel spreadsheets databases for use by Division Right of Way Agent in reviewing current workload. Employee will create and maintain excel spreadsheets and access databases for use by all office personnel in right of way research activities. Office Equipment and Supplies: (all duties listed performed independently with minimal supervision) Maintain office equipment in a satisfactory working condition. You will place service calls as needed, maintain office supply inventory and order supplies as necessary. Research: Assist surveyors with retrieval of right of way data on prior projects, assist Right of Way Agents in locating right of way data within the office files and any other assigned duties.
