What You’ll Do

Serving as the go‑to contact for customers, coordinating field service activities and ensuring all service requests are executed seamlesslyIntaking, logging, and managing customer service inquiries with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalismPreparing and delivering service estimates and job quotes in a timely, customer-friendly mannerTracking and updating active work orders, keeping customers informed via portal updates, email, or phone communicationUtilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM / ERP tools (Navision) to manage customer data, process requests, and support service workflowsGenerating reports and maintaining documentation, while balancing multiple assignments and deadlinesCollaborating with internal teams to support scheduling, order processing, and project coordination

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
