Job Description:

We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join a dynamic and evolving administrative team. This role serves as the primary intake point for documentation related to tag and title processing, insurance, and registration. Responsibilities include scanning, filing, gathering documents, and managing ticketing workflows. The coordinator will route work to other team members who handle processing.

The ideal candidate is flexible, tech-savvy, and thrives in a collaborative environment where processes are still being developed. This position is part of a team that values growth, learning, and adaptability.

Responsibilities:

Serve as intake for documentation related to tag/title, insurance, and registrationScan, file, and organize documents accuratelyManage ticketing workflowsCommunicate with internal and external contacts via phone and emailSupport team members by routing work efficiently

Required Skills and Qualifications:

2+ years of administrative support experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and prioritize tasksComfortable handling phone calls with internal and external contactsExperience with ticketing systems

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of insurance and registration processesDealership experienceIntermediate Excel skills (pivot tables)IT-savvy and adaptable to new systemsData entry, administrative support, filing, copying, scanningMicrosoft Office (Excel proficiency)Problem-solving mindsetOrganizational skills and flexibilityProfessional demeanor and collaborative approach

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Augustine, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
