About the Role:

We’re looking for a Client Services Coordinator to play a key role in maintaining accurate client data, managing communications, and supporting internal operations. What You’ll Do:
+ Update and maintain client records using our proprietary system with precision and efficiency.
+ Apply basic math skills to ensure data accuracy across billing and location details.
+ Handle high-volume email communications with professionalism and clarity.
+ Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and manage multiple tasks with ease.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to support client satisfaction and operational success.
What You Bring:
+ 2+ years of experience in administrative support or client services.
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook.
+ Fast, accurate typing and excellent attention to detail.
+ A customer-focused mindset with strong communication and organizational skills.
+ Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic work environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
