We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This position serves as the essential link between vendors, customers, and the sales department, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations. The role involves managing the will-call window, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, all while contributing to a positive office environment.
ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for email communication between vendors, customers, and the sales department.Manage the will-call window, assisting drivers with shipment check-ins and documentation.Maintain accurate records and filing systems for shipping, receiving, and customer orders.Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer inquiries.Utilize SAP for inventory management.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate communication.Perform general office duties including scanning, filing, and document preparation.Contribute to a positive and efficient office environment with a willingness to learn and grow.Essential SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Customer support and service experience.Strong administrative support and data entry skills.Expertise in Microsoft Excel.Experience with freight management and filing systems.2-3+ years of experience within office/admin utilizing SAP.Experience in manufacturing and/or logistics.Strong organizational, communication, and reliability skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in administrative assistance.2-3+ years of relevant office or administrative experience.Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Work Environment
This position is fully onsite in a busy warehouse setting, with working hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. You will work alongside the customer service team, sales department, customers, and vendors. The environment is dynamic and collaborative, providing opportunities for growth and development. Candidates should be prepared to eventually supervise two current admins on the team.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
