Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves organizing and managing tax workpapers, performing miscellaneous administrative support tasks, and handling various document management duties. The ideal candidate will have strong computer proficiency and familiarity with Adobe tools, as well as a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Scan and organize tax workpapers.Perform miscellaneous administrative support tasks as time permits.Efficiently scan incoming documents using software.Manage fluctuating document volumes, ranging from low to high daily.Ensure quick and accurate processing of up to 200 documents on busy days.Maintain organized digital filing systems for scanned documents.Organize scanned documents within the filing cabinet.Qualifications:
1+ years of office administrative experience.High School Diploma.Proficient in Microsoft Office experience.Familiarity with Adobe tools.Scanning and imaging experience.Experience with tax or financial documentation.Work Environment
The position is 100% based in our Lincolnshire office. The role requires a weekly hours commitment of approximately 30-35 hours, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required to accommodate deadlines. Core working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, with options for two 30-minute breaks or a one-hour lunch. Reliability is crucial, and communication with the team around attendance conflicts is mandatory.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
