Administrative Assistant To Directors

[Job Description]

Globally recognized Coffee Company, headquartered in Seattle, WA is currently hiring for a Fully Remote Administrative Assistant. This position will provide administrative support to one or more directors. This role will effectively plan and maintain one or more executive calendars with attention to accuracy, detail, and allocation of time and resources to promote productivity and successful execution of executive and team goals and objectives. This role will perform general administrative duties, including screening and directing incoming phone calls, composing and typing general correspondence, including emails and prioritizing, handling multiple calendar management, managing and booking travel (Domestic within the U.S.), and more.

Pay - $21/hr. - $22/hr.

Location - Fully Remote (Candidates must reside in PST or MST states)

Schedule - Standard Monday - Friday Morning Shift (40 Hours a Week)

Contract Duration - 9 Months (Leave of Absence Coverage)

Reporting from TableauCalendar Management for multiple DirectorsSocial Media - Post recognition for internal members as neededManaging and booking travel (domestic within the U.S.)Expense reports

[Daily Responsibilities]

Supporting CA-based leaders as neededManaging multiple calendarsConnecting with directors as needed (conflicts and scheduling)Utilize the quarterly planning guide to proactively plan (up to 3 weeks in advance)Weekly connectCoordination of meetings and coffeehouse connectionsFlexibility with the schedule to meet the needs of the team

[Qualification Requirements]

2-3+ years of administrative support experience for executivesCalendar management for multiple individualsGreat communication and coordination skillsTravel management (Domestic)

[Technology Requirements]

Microsoft Office SuiteAny type of creative site (i.e., Canva) is highly preferredExcel or Tableau reportingSmartsheet (nice to have)Miro Board (nice to have)

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
