Job Description
The Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for delivering high-level administrative support to a Vice President and several directors. This role involves managing calendars, scheduling meetings and travel, tracking assignments, handling expense reporting, and overseeing general office management tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to work effectively with all levels of management, support team members, and maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities
+ Manage calendar and schedule meetings and travel for the Vice President and directors.
+ Track assignments and ensure timely follow-up.
+ Handle expense reporting with precision.
+ Oversee general office management duties.
+ Collaborate with various management levels and support team members as needed.
+ Maintain confidentiality in all tasks.
Essential Skills
+ Executive administrative support experience.
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
+ Highly organized and proactive.
+ Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
+ Outstanding office management abilities.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal interaction skills.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
+ Experience assisting executive-level employees.
Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
