Minnesota Management and Budget (MMB) is seeking an Administrative Analyst to coordinate and streamline the agency’s administrative operations. This position will aid in the preparation of high-profile documents and the final preparation of state budget documents including economic and revenue forecasts, revenue updates, the state’s Annual Comprehensive Financial Report, and the Governor’s budget summary documents. This position will also assist in space planning, facilities management, office supply procurement and organization, sorting mail, and other administrative functions. Job duties for this position include: + Editing budget narratives, reviewing for formatting, grammar, structure, punctuation, and accessibility + Identifying and remediating other non-accessible documents for the agency + Supporting agency employee onboarding and offboarding by coordinating equipment requests, assisting with equipment setup, and collaborating with human resources and hiring leaders + Coordinating delegated IT functions for the agency such as providing technical support, managing the agency printers, troubleshooting technical issues, scheduling new lines of cell phone service + Planning, developing, and maintaining standard operating procedures + Supporting the Centennial Office Building reception + Coordinating logistic support services in the areas of shipping, receiving, and mail **Minimum Qualifications** _To facilitate proper years of service crediting, please ensure that your resume clearly describes your experience in the areas listed and indicates the beginning and ending month and year for each job held.
