Administrative Assistant (Japan)
Role)‒Daily Secretarial Duties for Executives: Travel arrangements, meeting preparation, and schedule management‒Creation of presentation materials, submission documents to the headquarters, and weekly and monthly reports‒Acting as the Communication Liaison with MKS Headquarters‒Facilitating Smooth Communication and Mutual Exchange‒Between departments and divisions, supporting the smooth execution of executive dutiesRequirements)‒Must be able to accurately prepare schedules for customer visits, travel arrangements, and meeting arrangements for both domestic and international executives, and be able to quickly coordinate with Local business division to provide smooth operational support for customer acquisition.‒Competence in editing presentation materials from business units and executives for customer submissions, and editing documents for submission to MKS headquarters.‒Able to act proactively while providing support to executives as a communicator to strengthen communication with MKS head office and other countries.‒Must be able to act on own initiative in a wide range of areas, including administrative support within the Local division and between departments throughout the company.
