OVERVIEW
The Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to executives and senior leadership, serving as a key point of contact for office operations and case administration. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion in handling sensitive information. The Administrative Assistant coordinates meetings and projects, maintains accurate records and databases, prepares reports and materials, and supports cross-functional initiatives to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
The successful applicant will have a hybrid work arrangement and must reside within a 125-mile radius of our NY headquarters in the financial district. The starting salary range for the position is $72,00 - $76,500. This role is eligible for an incentive opportunity targeting 7.5% of annual salary.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
+ Provide administrative assistance to executives and senior management
+ Manage case administration services, including document upload, data entry, and case follow-up
+ Serve as primary point of contact for office administrative matters, fielding inquiries and
escalating issues as needed
+ Administer and maintain databases, files, and record-keeping systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
+ Plan and execute meetings, conferences, training sessions, and events, managing all logistical
details
+ Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other materials
+ Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information
+ Manage and coordinate cross-functional programs, projects, and initiatives through all phases
+ Continuously evaluate and document administrative processes to identify areas for optimization
+ Collaborate with teams to identify and resolve issues, mitigating risks and roadblocks
+ Compile data, prepare reports, and conduct analyses to evaluate program/project performance
+ Demonstrates regular, reliable, and predictable attendance
+ Regularly attends meetings and training events
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Associate degree and a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in an administrative support
capacity; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
+ Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet
deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with
individuals at all levels of the organization
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant
software applications
+ Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
+ Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive
information
