**Our client, a professional services organization, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team.**
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the administrative department supporting multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Administrative Assistant
**Location:** Spring, TX
**What’s the Job?**
+ Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
+ Maintain and organize files, databases, and records in compliance with company standards.
+ Process invoices, expense reports, and procurement requests.
+ Support various project, workshop, and event needs, including document control and compliance reporting.
+ Assist with onboarding and general administrative support for staff.
**What’s Needed?**
+ 5–10 years of administrative experience supporting managers or teams.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Experience with SAP is a plus.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.
+ Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
+ Professional office etiquette and willingness to learn new software and administrative processes.
