The Role at a Glance
Are you ready to take your administrative skills to the next level? We're looking for a dynamic and organized Administrative Assistant to provide top-notch support to our Vice Presidents. If you're passionate about making a difference and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
In this role you will:
+ Be the go-to support for our Divisional staff—your day-to-day will keep everything (and everyone) on track.
+ Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
+ Be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for incoming calls—resolving issues or routing them with ease.
+ Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel like a logistics wizard.
+ Plan and execute meetings and events, ensuring every detail is flawless—from tech setup to supplies.
+ Draft correspondence, screen communications, and keep priorities aligned.
+ Prepare reports, track expenses, and manage invoices with precision.
+ Keep our office humming—maintaining supplies, equipment, and organized files.
+ Solve administrative puzzles by gathering data, analyzing issues, and proposing smart solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
+ A high school diploma or equivalent.
+ 2–3 years of experience in administrative support or customer service.
+ Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
+ A positive attitude, a sharp eye for detail, and a love for fast-paced environments.
