Our client, a dynamic organization in the administrative sector, is seeking an Administrative Assistant I to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant I, you will be part of a supportive environment, assisting in various administrative tasks and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Administrative Assistant I
**Location:** Wilsonville, OR
**Pay Range:** $25/hr
**What's the Job?**
+ Assist in payroll processing and other administrative tasks.
+ Organize electronic and paper files to maintain efficient record-keeping.
+ Schedule meetings and maintain calendars for team members.
+ Process incoming mail and answer phone inquiries professionally.
+ Prepare reports and assist in budget preparation as needed.
**What's Needed?**
+ Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Environment (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook).
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision.
+ Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
+ 0-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
