Our client, a leader in the building technologies industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their project manager community. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of community supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, a collaborative spirit, and experience as an assistant in the construction industry.
**Job Title:** Administrative Assistant - Construction
**Location:** Garfield Heights, OH
**Pay Range:** $20 - $24.51
**What's the Job?**
+ Assist with administrative functions to support the Project Manager Community.
+ Help with booking change orders and initiating subcontract procurement.
+ Manage billing processes and scheduling handover meetings.
+ Facilitate new vendor onboarding and project data validations.
+ Support project closure activities.
**What's Needed?**
+ Experience in administrative support within the construction industry.
+ Familiarity with reading customer contracts and progress billings.
+ Basic understanding of financial concepts related to project finance.
+ Experience with Microsoft Dynamic platform, SAP, and basic Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
+ Strong ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
