Qualifications:

Join our dynamic tax department as an Administrative Assistant. You will play a crucial role in reviewing, processing, and sorting incoming mail for various tax teams, as well as assisting with a range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth department operations.

Responsibilities

Review and process incoming mail for tax teams, including Real Estate, Employment, Federal, and State.Sort and distribute mail to specific teams based on document needs.Process check requests and handle document scanning.Scan and distribute documents to the Accounts Payable team.Prepare outgoing mail and manage certified mail processing.Pull invoices and organize tax returns.Assist with administrative functions for the tax department, supporting over 70 employees.Conduct research, reporting, and update spreadsheets.Handle various projects and update MS Excel reports and spreadsheets.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Deerfield, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
