We are seeking an organized and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to join our Commercial team. This role is crucial in supporting the team by identifying data discrepancies, learning new system processes, and executing necessary updates. Your contributions will help ease the transition to new systems and workflows, reducing the burden on the team.
ResponsibilitiesIdentify and correct data discrepancies.Learn and adapt to new system processes.Execute updates and changes as needed.Support the Commercial team in various administrative tasks.Essential SkillsStrong technology skills.Keen attention to detail.Background in administration or as an accounting/inventory clerk.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and CRM software.Additional Skills & QualificationsExcellent knowledge of Excel.Experience with CRM systems, with a preference for Salesforce.Outgoing personality with the ability to multitask effectively.Personable and professional demeanor.Work EnvironmentThe position is 100% onsite with work hours from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. You will work in a warehouse environment, primarily supporting the accounting and other teams that assist the external business. The company fosters a welcoming and nurturing environment, with the potential to transition into the Customer Service department after the initial contract.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
