The role of the Administrative Assistant involves critical support in managing daily timekeeping activities, with a focus on Kronos systems and SAP Clocking & Lost Time Administration. The position requires diligent tracking and reporting of employee attendance, overtime, and timecard discrepancies, ensuring compliance and accurate payroll processing.
ResponsibilitiesConduct daily review, entry, and approval of assembly employee timecards in Kronos.Monitor and resolve discrepancies in timekeeping records.Provide guidance to employees and supervisors on using the Kronos system.Track and reconcile employee clock-in/clock-out data in SAP.Record and report lost time incidents to ensure accurate payroll and compliance.Collaborate with supervisors to address attendance issues.Maintain overtime charts for assembly employees.Prepare weekly and monthly overtime reports for management review.Support workforce planning by analyzing overtime trends.Provide clerical and data-entry support for assembly operations.Assist in preparing departmental reports and documentation.Maintain accurate records and filing systems related to workforce attendance.Essential SkillsProficiency in administrative support and data entry.Experience with SAP and Kronos systems.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.Experience with Kronos and SAP systems preferred.Strong customer service skills.Work EnvironmentThis position is based on-site in Middle River, with working hours from 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
