We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves reviewing and maintaining timesheet information, organizing documents, preparing traveler packets, and supporting inventory or production control activities. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with team members to ensure workflow efficiency and data integrity.
ResponsibilitiesReview, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of timesheet information.Copy, sort, and organize documents and operational materials.Prepare and assemble traveler packets and related production materials.Support inventory or production control activities as needed.Ensure data integrity and maintain orderly record-keeping.Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.Essential SkillsProficiency in administrative support and data entry.Strong skills in inventory control and clerical work.Ability to type quickly and efficiently.High attention to detail to avoid mistakes.Flexibility and eagerness to learn as needed.Effective customer service and front desk skills.Experience in scanning and calendar management.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficient in basic data entry and computer applications.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Ability to stay organized while managing repetitive or high‑volume tasks.Reliable, self‑motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.Work EnvironmentThe work environment offers a flexible schedule and a friendly, family-like atmosphere. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
