Our client is seeking a highly organized and team‑oriented Administrative Assistant to support front‑office investment professionals within a global investment firm. This role requires strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex scheduling and logistics in a fast‑paced environment. Hours vary slightly depending on the team, and the position is fully onsite in New York City.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex calendars and anticipate scheduling needs across multiple stakeholdersCoordinate global travel, including itineraries, visas, logistics, and last‑minute changesHandle expense management, reimbursement processing, and receipt trackingServe as the first point of contact for internal and external requests with professional gatekeepingSupport team events, offsites, and social initiatives, including logistics and attendee coordinationProvide backup coverage across the broader administrative team to maintain operational continuity

Qualifications:

3+ years of administrative experience; financial services strongly preferredBachelor's degree requiredStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlinesExcellent written, grammatical, and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new systems quicklyTeam‑oriented with a "no task too small" mentality and strong work ethic

Compensation/Benefits:
