Job Description
The Administrative Assistant supports the property management team by handling incoming invoicing, office coordination, and front‑desk operations. This role manages the office calendar, packages, deliveries, and general administrative duties to keep daily operations running smoothly. The position requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team of 40. The Administrative Assistant will work directly with Property Manager and serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk. This is a full‑time, in‑office role scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
Process incoming invoices and manage related documentation
Maintain office calendar and scheduling needs
Perform general administrative tasks (filing, data entry, document prep)
Manage packages and deliveries
Serve as front desk point of contact for visitors, vendors, and staff

Skills and Requirements
2+ years of administrative assistant experience
Experience with invoicing and processing workflows
Clear communication and strong attention to detail
Team-oriented and reliable Experience in commercial real estate
Direct experience using Voyager software
