Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Administrative Assistant to support two senior leaders within a large global organization. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth execution of team operations with a focus on high-level administrative functions, including calendar and budget management, and supporting cross-functional and international teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced professional environment.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support to two senior leads, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and task tracking.Manage domestic and international travel arrangements and process expense reimbursements.Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring timely processing of financial transactions.Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners to facilitate communication and project coordination.Support international team collaboration and assist with document preparation, reporting, and follow-ups.Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment in handling sensitive information.Drive efficiency and growth by taking initiative on stretch projects and operational improvements.

Essential Skills

2-4 years of relevant administrative support experience, including support for executive or senior-level leaders.Proven experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously.Experience working with international teams and across time zones.Demonstrated project management experience and a growth-oriented mindset.Familiarity with supporting CVP or executive-level leadership.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional multitasking, time management, and organizational abilities.Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal tools quickly.Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and build strong professional relationships.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience strongly considered.Background in large tech companies or previous client experience.Hands-on experience with tools such as Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and distribution lists.

This role sits within a highly collaborative and supportive global team where administrators are never working in isolation. New team members receive hands-on training and ongoing support, with built-in coverage and backups to ensure continuity. The team maintains centralized administrative channels, enabling quick access to help and shared knowledge. The environment is friendly, inclusive, and designed to set administrators up for success while supporting a large global organization. The position is based onsite in Redmond, WA, with a Monday-Friday schedule of 40 hours per week.

This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $26.00/hr.
