Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team to support daily office operations and serve as a key point of contact for employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, skilled in Microsoft Office applications, and comfortable coordinating a wide range of administrative and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Title: Administrative Assistant**
**Location: Warren, MI**
**Pay Range: $27**
**What’s the Job?**
+ Coordinate and help set up site-wide meetings, luncheons, and other events.
+ Manage office operations, including communication records, postings, mail (incoming and outgoing), and maintaining accurate contact information.
+ Utilize advanced Microsoft Outlook, Excel (including formulas and pivot tables), and PowerPoint skills to support office activities.
+ Process and maintain 5S records, including audit tracking and performance metrics.
+ Support contractor orientation processes and maintain associated safety and training records.
+ Process invoices, assist with goods receipts for non-inventory items, and support contractor and vendor management.
+ Manage the front reception area and serve as the first point of contact for employees, contractors, vendors, and guests.
**What’s Needed?**
+ Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel (formulas, pivot tables), and PowerPoint.
+ Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
+ Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, approachable demeanor.
