This position is responsible, under the supervision of the Property Manager, to assist in the overall office duties of the community and meet the programming needs of the Condominium Owners. This administrative schedule includes; + 40 hours every two weeks + Part time; Day shift + No weekends **Responsibilities:** + Serves as a support for clerical tasks in assisting with daily administration of the Condominium + Serves as clerical support to the Board of Directors + Serves as point of contact for residents + Coordinates with the Social Committee on ongoing and new programs designed to meet the interests of the residents + Maintains professional and accurate documentation of Resident, Committee documentation and Building files + Develops the Monthly Calendar, prepare newsletter articles and flyers + Performs a variety of financial related activities + Performs other duties required by the specific needs of the property **Required Qualifications:** + 1 year of previous experience with property management **Preferred Qualifications:** + Associate of Arts + 3 years of previous experience + Minnesota Real Estate License **Benefit Overview** Ebenezer offers a generous benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, PTO and Sick and Safe Time, tuition reimbursement, retirement, early access to earned wages, and more!
