This role is the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors, and is essential to maintaining a secure, professional, and well‑organized environment. Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Visitor Management + Welcome and assist visitors with a high level of professionalism + Manage visitor and customer access badges + Enforce and communicate physical security protocols + Escort vendors to scheduled meetings and appointments Administrative & Office Support + Process employee badge requests + Support meetings and events, including catering coordination + Assist leadership and staff with general administrative requests + Perform data entry, clerical tasks, and Microsoft Office–based work Facilities & CRE Coordination + Serve as the primary liaison to the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) team + Support facility operations, communication flow, and issue resolution Required Skills & Experience + 2+ years in administrative, front desk, or customer service roles + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook + Experience with visitor management or badging systems + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Excellent attention to detail and accuracy + Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast‑paced setting + Professional, customer‑focused demeanor Preferred Experience + Background in manufacturing, technology, or hospitality + Experience supporting facilities or front‑of‑house operations Education + High School diploma required + College degree preferred Work Environment + Onsite in Albany, NY + Monday–Friday, 1st shift + Business professional dress + Fast‑paced, supportive office with growing visitor traffic Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Albany, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
