General support of the Building Operations Services department.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: --

Responsible for processing accounts payable, billing and accounts receivables functions.Preparing worksheetsEntering invoicesProviding support as needed for specialized projectsThis position will require strong attention to detail as well as proficient analytical, organizational and communication skills.Work within the company’s accounting and payroll softwareProcess AR /AP as requiredAssist with office operations and responsibilitiesDocument, scan, organize and file as requiredRepresent the company professionally.Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Qualifications: --

Entry Level1 - 3 years’ experience in a business office.Excellent working command of MS Office, PDFs, OutlookSuperior organizational skillsPositive attitude and team playerProfessional office communication skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to prioritize and work under deadlinesAbility to work independently, and be resourceful on the company’s behalf
