We are looking for a detail-oriented and personable Front Office Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our office. In this role, you will manage front desk operations, assist with administrative tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.
Key ResponsibilitiesGreet visitors, explain facility safety requirements, and manage sign-in/sign-out.Answer and route phone calls professionally.Handle mail and deliveries, including domestic and international shipping.Maintain and organize office supply inventory.Order supplies and track company credit card charges.Create requisitions for Purchase Orders (POs) and process invoices.Coordinate meal orders for company breakfasts and lunches.Assist the admin team with planning and organizing company events.Essential SkillsStrong administrative and data entry skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.2+ years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role.Preferred QualificationsPersonable, organized, and detail-oriented.Experience entering POs and invoices into internal systems.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dublin, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
