We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support in the administrative details of maintaining projects and managing contracts. This role primarily involves data submission, organization, document conformance, and general procurement team support.
ResponsibilitiesUpdate, maintain, and index project records and files.Create documents utilizing company procedures and templates.Upload documents and revise data on company web resources.Manage communication between Business Unit Project Managers and the Procurement team.Complete tasks independently and efficiently.Essential SkillsAdministrative supportData entryProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and OutlookClerical skills1+ year of administrative experienceGeneral computer competency and ability to work across various online platformsEffective cross-discipline communication skillsSelf-sufficient organizational styleAdditional Skills & QualificationsBasic understanding of the contracting process or construction is a plus but not requiredWork EnvironmentThis position is based in a cubicle office environment. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role offers a long-term contract with benefits such as PTO and Holiday Pay while on contract, with the potential for a more permanent position.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
