Administrative Assistant

Our client, a leader in providing advanced control solutions for mobile equipment across various industries, is seeking a Administrative Assistant to join their team. As a Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Office support team supporting operational and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Remote/Hybrid (Mississauga, ON)

Pay Range: $49,000 - $65,000

What's the Job?

Manage purchase orders, create invoices, and track inventory accurately. Coordinate deliveries and maintain organized records for all transactions. Assist with sales-related administrative tasks and learn core sales processes. Support efforts to identify and recruit personnel for the Shipping/Receiving department. Research and assist in securing a small working office in Ann Arbor, including managing related administrative tasks.

What's Needed?

3–10 years of administrative experience in a business or technical setting. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Business Management. Proficiency in Epicor Kinetic ERP system strongly preferred. Solid understanding of business, technical, and accounting principles. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment.
