What You'll Do:
Deliver comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and meeting preparation.Collaborate with IT and business teams to support software applications, data analysis, and reporting needs.Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency through technology.Maintain data accuracy and integrity across systems and tools.Assist with CRM implementation and ongoing maintenance.Act as a liaison between internal teams and external technology partners.Track projects, update documentation, and prepare reports.Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate when necessary.Support onboarding of new team members with technology tools and systems.What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in administrative, operations, or technology support roles.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, DealCloud).Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and emerging AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT).Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.Strong communication skills and discretion in handling sensitive information.
