We're seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Development (Fundraising) team. This role reports to the Senior Director and works closely with senior leadership to help drive fundraising success and donor engagement.

What you'll do:

Provide administrative and calendar support to senior Development leadershipCoordinate meetings, Board activities, events, donor tours, and retreatsManage special projects and assist with department budgetingSupport donor communications, stewardship, and mailingsMaintain donor records and engagement data in SalesforceServe as a point of contact for donor inquiries and provide exceptional customer servicePrepare donor materials, briefings, and presentations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience is required.Two years of experience offering administrative support in fast-paced office environment.Non-profit or museum experience a plus Thorough knowledge of office practices, procedures and equipment, and ability to operate standard equipmentProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint).
