Administrative Assistant
Description

The Administrative Assistant provides high‑level support to one or more directors, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and effective time management. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities include maintaining complex executive calendars, coordinating travel, preparing correspondence, screening calls, and managing incoming communications. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of administrative support experience and a proven ability to support senior leaders with professionalism and discretion.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
