Our client, a science-based hedge fund/private equity firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the COO and provide additional office support across the team. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The schedule is 8:30am-5:00pm, fully onsite in Greenwich, CT.

Responsibilities:

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference logisticsArrange domestic and international travel and prepare detailed itinerariesAssist with office operations, including event planning, supply management, and vendor coordinationMaintain a professional and organized work environment in collaboration with building managementSupport ad hoc projects and provide backup assistance to other administrative staffEnsure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required0-3+ years of administrative experience; open to industry backgroundStrong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environmentProactive, reliable, and adaptable to changing priorities

Compensation/Benefits:
