Administrative Assistant - New Hudson, MI
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Administrative Assistant to join our team. This individual will play a key role in keeping our office operations running smoothly and efficiently, while providing excellent support across a range of administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and a friendly demeanorWelcome and assist guests and visitors, ensuring a positive experienceManage calendars, schedule appointments and coordinate meetingsOversee conference room scheduling and ensure meeting spaces are preparedMaintain office supplies and place orders as neededManage and update SharePoint sites and shared documentsCoordinate meal orders for meetings and team eventsPrepare and submit expense reports accurately and on timeDistribute branded apparel and manage inventoryProvide travel booking and logistics supportServe as backup support for fellow administrative team membersAssist with the planning and execution of employee recognition programsRequired Skills and Qualifications:
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)Strong team player with a collaborative attitudeExceptionally organized and detail-orientedAble to prioritize tasks and manage time effectivelyCapable of working independently with minimal supervisionProactive problem solver with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
