Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to manage and direct phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries with professionalism. This role involves scheduling service appointments, dispatching plumbing technicians, maintaining organized records, assisting with billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks, as well as ordering and tracking inventory. Additionally, the assistant will coordinate with vendors and subcontractors, support management with administrative tasks and reporting, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations while maintaining a clean and organized office environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and direct phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.Schedule service appointments and dispatch plumbing technicians.Maintain organized records of work orders, invoices, and customer accounts.Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks.Order and track inventory of plumbing supplies and office materials.Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors as needed.Support management with administrative tasks and reporting.Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Strong customer service skills.Ability to type and talk on the phone simultaneously.Experience in managing calendars and data entry.Skills in administrative support and clerical duties.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
