We are seeking a dedicated and professional Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks to support our office operations efficiently.
Responsibilities
Answer all incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner and transfer to appropriate individuals.Cover the front desk to greet and assist clients with needs and questions.Assist the Property Management team with creating documents, notices, and other clerical/administrative duties as assigned.Perform data entry of applicant and tenant information as needed.Order office and printing supplies.Conduct general filing and handle all outgoing mail.Perform other duties as requested by Management.Essential Skills
Proficiency in administrative support and receptionist duties.Experience with Microsoft Office and administration.Strong communication skills, including telephone communication.Data entry and customer service capabilities.Excellent typing skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to handle secretarial tasks efficiently.Strong organizational skills.Work Environment
The position is in-person with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. The environment is professional, requiring business attire, as you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Falls, South Dakota
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
