Administrative Assistant Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to assist with the ongoing development of document control systems. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our digital and physical document libraries and ensuring that all document versions are current and accurately tracked. Responsibilities + Maintain and organize existing digital and physical document libraries and customer portals. + Ensure document versions are current and tracked, and that changes are authorized and communicated. + Maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and item cards in the ERP system. + Create, edit, and submit product labels, product specifications, and process specifications by collaborating with various departments. + Effectively communicate with suppliers via phone and email. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word. + Strong administrative support and data entry skills. + Experience in quality control and document control. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in office administration or as a receptionist. + Ability to learn new computer systems easily. + Excellent communication skills on phone and email. Work Environment This position is based in an office environment where you will report to the QA supervisor and work alongside another quality admin. The role offers flexibility in work hours, with the ability to start as early as 5:30 am or as late as 9 am, Monday through Friday. This opportunity provides ample room for internal growth. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Woodburn, Oregon. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38064.00 - $38064.00/yr.
